This selection of fine oil paintings was created from inspiration gained during my extensive travels to the more remote regions of Australia.Memories of adventures of long ago in the Top End were revisited with experiences of recent trips across Nothern Australia. The magic of Kakadu and other fabulous National Parks and places keep drawing me back. The deserts have their own special magic. The beauty, remoteness and solitude create an enormous challenge that cannot be contained. These paintings of remote Australia try to capture the unique colours, awesome size and sheer wonder of outback Australia.I say try because nothing can replicate the real thing. |
